Terms of Service

General

  • Be nice and cooperative!

  • I have the right to decline a request.

  • Depending on the difficulty of the project the prices may differ.

  • Character designing will increase the price.

Do's

Don'ts

  • Original Characters

  • Fan art

  • Ships/Couples

  • Animals/Furries

  • NSFW (slight is fine)

  • Gore (slight is fine)

  • Mecha/Detailed Armor

  • Very Muscle-ly Jojo Figures

  • Problematic Ships

  • Anything I'm uncomfy with

Payments

  • All payments must be through Vgen, GCash or Paypal

  • Pay in full if the commission is equal or below $20 - Php 1000

  • Pay 50% if above $20 - Php 1000 after initial sketch, and pay the remaining after the final product

  • There is a 50% privacy fee if you wish for the commission to not be shown publicly, please write a contract.

Revisions

  • Infinite revisions in the WIP, 3 major revisions

Deadlines and Delivery

  • Initial sketch with be given within 1-3 days.

  • The process takes about 1-6 week/s depending on the difficulty of the illustration.

Use

  • The illustration can only be used by the respective client or the ones who received as gifts.

  • In terms of streams, content, or commercial use have an added 50% of its price.

  • Use in NFTs, merchandise or any type of selling is PROHIBITED.

  • Please DON'T drastically edit the illustrations.

  • Do NOT use my art for AI training or anything that involves Generative AI.

Intellectual Property Rights

  • All rights reserved to artist by default, I can use all commission works for posting, portfolio, advertisements, and etc.

  • When posting on your socials, do give credit to the artist.

Refunds

  • The refund price will depend on the time spent and progress of the illustration.
